Muffins

Do you remember those chocolate chip muffin mixes that came in a pouch? You just had to add water or milk? Maybe some oil? Then bake. And they're absolutely delicious, but completely full of disgusting gunk? Well I love those. We used to beg for them for breakfast! Well since my little brother who isn't a big sweets guy (which I'll never understand) was home I decided we needed to try to recreate them in our kitchen! My Baking Addiction had the perfect recipe!

Here's what you need:
-2 cups flour
-1/3 cup brown sugar
-2 tsp baking powder
-1/2 tsp salt
-1/2 cup butter (melted)
-2 eggs
-2/3 cups milk
-1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
-1 1/2 cups chocolate chips

Now here are the super easy instructions:
Add all of your dry ingredients and give it a whisk to combine. Set aside.

Melt the butter, then combine with the rest of the wet ingredients.

Make a well in the dry ingredients. Slowly combine the wet into the dry. Stir until combined, but do not over mix!

Add your chocolate chips! Divide into muffin tins. Bake at 400f for 18-20 minutes.

Enjoy!!
