Yoga Cupcakes!! {gluten free/ vegan/ nut free}

I stumbled upon these yoga cupcakes and just knew I had to try them!! They are full off spicy chocolatey goodness! AND they're incredibly easy to make!!

For the cake:
1 1/2 c. gluten free all-purpose flour 
3/4 tsp. xanathan gum 
1 c. sugar 
1/3 c. unsweetened cocoa powder 
1 tsp. baking soda 
1 tsp. cinnamon 
*I added 1tsp baking spice too* 
1 tsp. salt 
1 c. water 
1/2 c. canola oil 
2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar 
1 tbsp. vanilla extract

For frosting: 
1 c. chocolate chips
3 Tbsp. coconut milk


Here's how: 

Mix the dry ingredients and give it a whisk. Mix the wet ingredients. My cake was a bit spicy so if that's not your thing, just stick with the one tsp of cinnamon.

This is going to taste amazing and look like this. 


Divide into cupcake lined muffin tins. Bake at 350f for 15 minutes. Let cook completely before frosting.

For frosting simply throw the chocolate chips into a double boiler, add the milk and stir until smooth. That. is. it. Seriously and it makes the most amazing frosting. Plus it's gorgeous.
