The Pioneer Woman is queen as I've said before. I literally want to make everything she posts. I've been looking for new breakfast ideas so when she posted these: http://thepioneerwoman.com/cooking/2010/07/make-ahead-muffin-melts/ It seemed like a perfect thing to try! They were really good. I even added some mushrooms, which were a very tasty addition. I think the PW is missing out. Using hard boiled eggs was a bit odd. Next time I may try scrambled eggs instead.
