Last week I saw this show (http://www.channel4.com/4food/recipes/tv-show-recipes/the-fabulous-baker-brothers-recipes/sticky-sticks-with-chocolate-sauce-recipe) where the baking brothers made sticky sticks with chocolate. I thought about them for days and finally made them. --This was my first attempt at baking with our ghetto scale that doesn't zero out properly, but I'm determining this one as a success and won't think twice about doing it again. -- After the first one came out of the oil I knew that I had just unknowingly made churros con chocolate! Best mistake ever! I made them exactly as the website says minus the orange zest. They were wonderful and we rated them as a 3 or 3.5 out of four spoons. We had a slight mishap with the oil and we all ended up with burning eyes.. I thought it was worth it but the girls didn't. These also saved for the next two days.
